Principle Accountabilities
Act as a key point of interaction with the NA Business Unit, Sales, and the NA Revenue Growth Management in the formulation of strategies, objectives and plans to support delivery of the KCP North America Business Plan.
Act as first point of contact and challenge for pricing exceptions and reviews through operating the Deal Desk, building strong, balanced objective, and open relationships with all departments.
Review and manage all direct pricing decisions, ensuring review evaluations are completed rigorously up front and reviewing to ensure strong delivery of pricing, consistently for KCP NA at all times. Use independent judgement to independently approve exceptions to the policies.
Participate in and/or manage proactive project efforts to identify actionable value creation and revenue programs that drive results for the business unit ? track and report on results as delivered.
Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a customer-based approach to business support. Personally demonstrate Client leadership behaviors Focus on Consumers, Play to Win, Move Fast, Grow our People).
Ensure application of established corporate controls via effective implementation and maintenance of policies and instructions, and by the establishment, maintenance, and audit of control procedures.

Participate in audit control procedures (Archer & Deloitte) ensuring all audits are completed as required. As needed, overturn prior pricing agreements due to not meeting guidelines, lack of exception approval or incorrect setup resulting in significant savings for the business. Independently work with sales representatives to determine transition to new pricing agreement.
Assist with monthly pricing agreement clean up, liaising as needed with other teams to effectively manage sales and distributor communications.
Identify areas to provide effective coaching to develop strong team performance across RGM, sales, and other teams as needed through day-to-day pricing tool requests, mailbox requests, and management and review of pricing tool reporting metrics.
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor?s degree or 3+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales, operations, finance, consulting, or other similar analytical role. (Will consider recent Finance college graduates who have internship experience)
Experience in key systems - SAP, Vistex, BI/BW, Snowflake, Excel, other pricing tools
Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively towards multiple deadlines/tasks.
Excellent analytical / problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal manner, time managements skills, sense of urgency, and able to prioritize.
Ability and desire to influence / drive change.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively.
Enthusiastic, resilient, and able to manage pressured situations.
