**Job Title: Live-In Server** **Location: Jelm, CO 82063** **Job Description:** This unique role offers an opportunity to work in the beauty of a Colorado ranch setting while providing top-tier service to our guests. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the guest satisfaction and overall ranch experience. We are seeking a dedicated and personable Server to elevate our guests' dining experience at our scenic ranch in Jelm, CO. This is a live-in position from Monday to Friday, with all room and board covered. **Responsibilities:** - Warmly greet guests and offer menu recommendations. - Accurately take orders and ensure timely service by coordinating with kitchen staff. - Set up and break down dining areas, maintaining a clean and inviting environment. - Assist in inventory control and communicate stock needs. - Handle guest queries and complaints professionally. **Benefits:** - Living accommodations on-site from Monday to Friday. - All meals provided (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). - Days off on Saturdays, with half-days or less on Sundays. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or similar setting. - Exceptional communication and customer service skills. - Team player with a positive attitude. **Skills:** - Ability to multitask and work efficiently. - Strong attention to detail. - Good organizational skills.## | |
