Job Title: Children's Activity Organizer Location: Jelm, CO 82063 (Dude Ranch) Pay: $14 /HR (Housing and meals covered) Job Description: Join our team as a Children's Activity Organizer to create an unforgettable ranch experience for our youngest guests. The role involves leading a range of morning activities for children ages 4-10. This live-in role from Monday to Friday includes room and board. Responsibilities: - Design and implement a variety of morning activities such as horseback riding, fly fishing, archery, and hiking. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and fun experience for our guests. - Adapt activities for different age groups and skill levels. - Communicate clearly and effectively with both children and parents to meet program goals and expectations. Benefits: - Room and board are provided from Monday to Friday. - All meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are provided. - Enjoy Saturdays off and reduced hours on Sundays to explore the beautiful surroundings. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in child care or activity coordination. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Must be CPR/First Aid certified.
