Weekly Pay! $35.00/Hour Shift: 1st SAP BRP Project Perform counts on parts and materials as directed by either hand count or electronic scale count. Check daily production records against the production and scrap summary reports. Troubleshoot the edit failed inventory transactions on LDC module. Maintain records of all production and scrap reconciling differences. Analyze findings of production discrepancies and make adjustments that are required. Suggest corrective actions as required to improve labor and scrap reporting. Assist the Inventory Analyst in reconciling any inventory discrepancies. Maintain on-hand negative report (parts with negative balance). Make scrap bar codes and production bar codes as requested. Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. May require an associate's degree or equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Special Considerations: Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs. without significant repetitions. Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is anticipated. Operation of a Powered industrial truck is considered at least Industrial and may be considered Heavy as determined by other exposures. | |
