Job Description: Seeking a dedicated individual to step into the role of Shift Leader - Warehouse at our Cayey, Puerto Rico location. Reporting to Supervisor Elizabeth Torres, this position entails leading our Warehouse Department's operations with precision and adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Warehouse Department operations, ensuring adherence to QSR, ISO 9000, and Safety regulations. Coordinate schedules for shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities. Train and guide Warehouse personnel in proper handling, storage, and delivery practices. Maintain accurate cycle counts and contribute to the annual physical inventory. Handle picking, packing, and processing of customer orders using automated/manual systems. Implement improvements and updates to procedures as required. Monitor and maintain equipment within the warehouse facility. Collaborate with Finance Department on Inventory ABC analysis and cycle counts. Promote a safe work environment and address hazards promptly. Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure compliance with FIFO system. Communicate progress and issues to Supervisor regularly. Provide inputs for continuous improvement projects. Participate in the Daily Management System and shift start-up meetings. Support internal and external customer service and expectations. Other related duties and assignments as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience: High School Education or equivalent with additional training in Computer Systems (SAP preferable). Three to five years of experience in Warehousing or Production Operations in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Company. Skills and Attributes: Knowledge in SAP preferred. Familiarity with GMP, FDA, ISO, and OSHA requirements. Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Ability to manage stress and handle various variables. Physical Demands: Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Frequent sitting, walking, standing, and fingering. Constant talking, hearing, and seeing (far/near) vision. Working Environment: Warehouse environment with noise and dust. Exposure to refrigeration area (2-8°C, -20°C, -80°C).
