CorTech is seeking to hire TWO Clinical Customer Service Representatives for our client in Plano, TX! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $42.29/Hour 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM This is a 100% onsite role. Our client seeks someone with experience in customer service, particularly in handling complaints and resolution. Someone with clinical, biomedical, or LVN experience would be great but this is considered an entry-level position so it is not required. Manages complaint files, enters accurate info in the database, communicates with field reps for product complaints, assesses if medical device report needs filing, reports to regulatory agencies, monitors product complaint trends, complies with regulations, maintains positive communication with all levels of employees, customers, and contractors, performs assigned duties. | |
