CorTech is seeking to hire several Medical Assembly Operator for our client in Temecula, CA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.40/Hour 5 AM OR 6 AM to 1:30 PM OR 2:30 PM This role involves producing high-quality medical devices in a manufacturing cell. Tasks include assembly, repair, and testing of pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical assemblies. Work is supervised closely, and routine tasks are performed following set procedures. Accurate documentation of cell operations is essential. Effective communication is needed to convey ideas and solutions to different levels of manufacturing management. Positive interaction with internal and external customers is crucial. Safety protocols must be followed, and participation in continuous improvement efforts is expected. Maintaining accurate records for traceability and addressing quality issues is important. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing is required. Collaborating with supervisors, setting performance goals, and supporting divisional initiatives are part of the role. Following procedures, using data systems, prioritizing tasks, handling small components, and making decisions independently are necessary skills. A high school degree or equivalent is required. | |
