What to know about the Warehouse Associate Position: * $18.00 per hour * Weekly Pay * Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM * Temporary assignment for 4-6 weeks with the possibility of a permanent placement for a qualified candidate Key Responsibilities: ? Efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders ? Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using manual pallet jacks and forklifts ? Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse ? Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and climbing ladders ? Collaborate with a team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment ? Safely handle heavy items, up to 50 lbs., and push/pull loads up to 152 lbs. with the the assistance of a second person ? Utilize Microsoft Office software to manage and update inventory records ? Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality ? Demonstrate a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks Qualifications: ? Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role, including standing for 8 hours/day and performing repetitive motions ? Ability to effectively operate electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook ? Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude ? Exceptional teamwork and communication skills ? High level of reliability and punctuality ?
