Main Responsibilities:
? Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.
? Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
? Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
? Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project.
The role has two major areas of focus: Client Sponsored Studies and Investigator Initiated Studies.
The Device Room coordinator role supports Client Sponsored Studies in the reconciliation of devices when they return from said studies. The position will also manage and maintain an inventory of lab, study, and shipping supplies. The role also supports gathering study supplies and devices, and properly documenting them during shipment.
In support of IIS: The role has the duties of product shipping and tracking all shipments that support studies through the entire process which includes portal updates per study. The position will include inventory tracking in the portal reconciling physical inventory to inventory in the portal and communicating all gaps. The position will also include assisting in the receiving, logging, and downloading of sensor data using the EVM tool and ensuring that data is tracked back to an approved study in the portal with monthly summary reports of sensor downloads.
This position will also work with team members in assisting with product destruction and all tasks that are associated with product destruction.
