Job Summary: Join our team as a Manufacturing Team Member where you'll contribute to creating high-quality medical diagnostic products in a clean and safe environment. You'll have opportunities to learn different work processes and skills to advance your career. Operating under Lean Manufacturing and ISO standards, you'll play a crucial role in producing innovative products that promote health. Responsibilities: Read, understand, and follow manufacturing instructions, technical procedures, and regulations. Operate various machines on a rotating basis, including setup, operation, troubleshooting, and minor repairs. Perform basic math calculations for measurements and quantities. Collaborate effectively with team members and provide training as needed. Qualifications: Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is essential. Physical ability to stand, sit, lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally climb, kneel, and bend. Basic vision abilities for close, color, and depth perception. Strong communication skills. | |
