Weekly Pay! $27.00/Hour Shift: Shift 2 Hybrid - Mix of Onsite and Remote Shift Start and End Time: Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM Scheduled Days 5 Description: Partial Remote/Partial Onsite! Basic Purpose Responsible for the accurate setup of customers and attachment to contracts on a customer base worth approximately $4.5 bn in sales to Client. RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: Daily interaction with internal VP?s, Directors, and associates. Close interaction with 60+ division sales personnel from VP to associate level. External: Collaborates closely with outside vendors and customers and their associated agencies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Attachment of all rostered customers to appropriate National Contracts using a rules-based process. Additions, deletions and changes to the rules are also kept and communicated within the unit. Actively monitor the add/change/delete environment of key data points or roster information and confirm changes with the field. Uploading rosters and doing audits to vendor contract listings as necessary. Dispute resolution with Vendors and rebates collaborating with Shared Services on any credits or bill backs. Collaborate with Shared Services new account set-up team to ensure appropriate contract terms are applied to new customers. Communicating with internal and external clients to help facilitate the handling of any concerns or issues that arise. 1st level problem resolution Provide pricing and contract management support to the Local Sales team, National Sales team, CASIS team and Client Division personnel for assigned Local, Regional and National Account concepts Troubleshooting price calculations and answering pricing inquiries that require an in-depth knowledge of pricing methodologies and procedures via knowledge of various Client systems (such as PRIME & Prism) and identify and resolve with the proper root cause identification within 24 hours. National sales report administration and maintain master data tables for RevMan Contract Negotiations. Assist in the audit process of margins/rebates for all tiered national sales concepts. Education: Undergraduate degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required. RELATED EXPERIENCE: 2 years contract or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required with MS Access preferred. Demonstrate ability to communicate (written and oral) with all levels of an organization, customers, etc. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines; basic math and grammar skills and strong interpersonal skills; team player. | |
