This will also require going to Waterbury one day per week. This position will mainly be assisting with general recruiting activities such as checking on background checks, schedule appointments, welcome & assist guests, pre-employment activities, arrange and upload drug tests results, assist with payroll, customer support / customer service, administrative and other operational duties. What to know about the Operations Specialist Role ? Temporary to Possible Permanent role ? Monday ? Friday, 8am ? 4 pm (flexible on start/end times so long as it?s an 8-hour day) ? Permanent position with the career path to Recruiter / Account Management. ? Weekly Pay ? Team building and employee appreciation events Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ? Greeting and welcoming candidates, clients, and associates either in-person or over the phone. ? Customer Service to external and internal customers ? Processing, reviewing, and finalizing new hire paperwork during pre-employment activities/on-boarding or assignment changes ? Assist candidates with the completion of New Hire paperwork on the computers ? Enter, review and complete i9 all new hire or rehire associates ? Review and audit all new hire files to ensure accuracy and completeness in a timely manner and satisfies deployment, compliance, and payroll timelines ? Assist with keeping all orders and associate files and information current and accurate in PowerRecruiter and other CorTech systems ? Assist with payroll ? Facilitate onsite orientations and tours. ? Send Injury paperwork to employees and assist with the process. Required Skills for the Operational Specialist: ? Strong work experience with computers / web application skills ? Customer Service ? Communication and Math ? Previous Human Resources, Clerical, Administrative or Operational experience with ? Comfortable on the phone and in-person ?
