Job Title: Sr. Energy Advisor Location: New York, NY 10003 Hours: 8am - 4:45 pm Pay Range : $65 - $75/hr All the work will be local to NYC. The contractor will travel to customer sites within NYC and Westchester. The contractor will be responsible for commuting to the different locations, and will be reimbursed for reasonable travel expenses -Possible flexibility on start time and hybrid work. Qualifications -Minimum of 5 years experience as an engineer - Minimum of 2 years experience performing ASHRAE level building audits - Must have strong verbal and written communication skills - Good working knowledge of energy conservation measures - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - PE or CEM preferred - Must be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time Responsibilities -Perform customer facility walkthroughs to help identify energy conservation measures - Write a report outlining identified opportunities - Estimate potential savings and relevant utility incentives - Attend customer meetings to discuss report findings and answer questions - Support customer with gathering relevant documentation needed for energy efficiency rebate application - Provide any other technical support as determined by business needs -Provide Sales Engineering Report | |
