Responsibilities: Manage time & attendance and outsourced payroll processes for accurate and timely employee payments. Assist with financial tasks, vendor audits, payroll tax functions, and customer service problem resolution. Maintain internal control over payroll processes and governance. Create presentations, reports, and documents accurately and promptly. Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated payroll and time-related issues. Ensure compliance activities are planned and executed. Utilize software including UltiPro payroll, Ultimate Time & Attendance, Workday, and Microsoft Office tools. Requirements: Preferred Bachelor?s degree, with 2-4 years of payroll and time & attendance experience. Strong financial and audit skills. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and accuracy. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with UltiPro Software, Ultimate Time & Attendance, Time Clocks, and Workday.
