Weekly Pay! $53.00/Hour Work hours: 08:00am to 05:00pm PST Monday through Friday with very occasional overtime needed. 100% remote ? but need to be US based and attain mostly into PST time zone. 3 Must have: Demand Planning Experience / Solid Knowledge in MS Excel / Supply Chain Planning Experience Education requirements - Bachelor?s degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Statistic, Business Administration + APICS CPIM certification Preferred JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Assoc. Director Global Demand Planning & SIOP, this position will be responsible leading the Global Demand Planning Process for BDB Clinical Reagents, a complex long tail portfolio composed of + 2K SKUs Should support the efforts to optimize and generate Statistical Forecast through SCM (but not limited to), measuring performance with different forecast error criteria (such as MAPE, WMAPE, BIAS, among others), helping to determine best configuration and time series-based model / forecasting strategy, using portfolio segmentation strategies (i.e.: ABC_XYZ) Support coordination and execution of global demand review meetings with global marketing team, confirming unit and revenue alignment for WW Demand, identifying risks and opportunities, and publishing meeting summaries and action items. Consolidates Demand review data and prepares summary reports for use in monthly SIOP and Finance Reconciliation process. Pulls monthly forecast Snapshot data and consolidates for reporting and presentation purposes. Help to create reports and analysis based on specific requests ad hoc. Will Support and work in collaboration with the Global Demand Planner responsible for BDB Research Reagents EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years? experience in Demand planning using an ERP system required. SAP & SCM (APO) experience preferred. Strong MS Excel, Data Analytics, Statistical Forecasting abilities are required. Previous Exposure to SIOP (S& OP) in Multinational | Matrix Organizations preferred COMPETENCIES Strong analytical skills and good problem resolution skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong time management skills. Leadership ability to run meetings and coordinate information across several functions hierarchy levels. EDUCATION BS/BA with concentration in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Admin or Operations Management preferred. CERTIFICATIONS: ASCM (APICS) CPIM certification preferred. BD04123JD | |
