Weekly Pay! $44.30/Hour Shift Start and End Time 7AM - 5PM Position Description: As a member of the Educational Architecture and Design team, the eLearning & Functional Description Developer is responsible for the overall instructional integrity for the projects they work on. This entails designing engaging and interactive learning experiences. Taking direction from the Head of Employee Education Design, the eLearning & Functional Description Developer actively collaborates with Subject Matter Experts and Working Students to develop effective training programs based on established design standards and ensures compliance with all quality system requirements. 30% - Project management and instructional design for the development of employee training programs using an established foundation for curriculum design. 70% - Design and Develop education assets such as self-paced eLearning modules, Virtual Lab Training Workbooks and Functional Descriptions working with Subject Matter Experts and coordinating with SME?s and working students. | |
