Job Description:

Are you passionate about maintaining product quality standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations? We have a temporary opportunity for a Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our team for a 3-month assignment. In this role, you'll play a critical part in the quality assurance process by conducting various tests and inspections on our products. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help us deliver top-notch products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform QC final testing of products and raw materials.

Conduct stability, complaint, and special investigation testing.

Ensure all testing procedures are executed accurately and results are promptly reported.

Collaborate with a team of professionals to maintain quality standards.

Prepare and standardize microorganism suspensions for testing.

Autoclave media and reagents used in QC testing.

Utilize a variety of laboratory equipment, including pH meters, microscopes, spectrophotometers, and more.

Perform plant microbiological/chemical water testing.

Investigate and report out-of-specification (OOS) results for raw materials and final products.

Maintain organized retention samples under appropriate conditions.

Keep laboratory work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

Adhere to GLP/QSR/ISO 9001-13485, PAL, and ANVISA regulations.

Assist in special projects, validations, and lean activities.

Ensure an adequate supply of laboratory materials and prepare glassware as needed.

Complete weekly and monthly tasks as assigned by the supervisor or designee.
