Work Location: Madison, WI Pay: $60 - $72 Position: Senior Project Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a highly-experienced Project Manager who will be allocated to various projects within the Department of Workforce Development (DWD). This role offers the opportunity for remote work, provided candidates are WI residents or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of the business case and scope projects through their lifecycle. - Agile development practices. - Utilize project management and portfolio management tools. - Facilitate communication across project teams, stakeholders, sponsors, and consulting vendors. - Oversee the portfolio's overall health to ensure efficient and customer-aligned delivery. Qualifications: - Minimum 15 years of Project Management experience. - At least 13 years of Agile development practice. - 12 years of experience with project management tools (MS Project or similar). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's Degree Preferred. - PMP certification is a plus. Nice To Have Skills: **For UI Modernization Project:** - Experience with moving data from on-premise to cloud. **For JCW Modernization Project:** - Experience with Employment and Training Systems. **For Web Redesign & Web Tool Integration Project:** - Workforce development experience awareness.## | |
