Remote opportunity $25/hour Temp to perm position Mon - Fri 25-30hrs per week (hours between 8am-5pm) The Labor Coordinator will work in a dynamic environment and will manage & organize partnership between unit workforce needs and temporary staffing contract agencies. This role reports directly to the Workforce Management Manager and will support the Workforce Solutions team. This position interacts collaboratively with the Service Operations team, Human Resources, other disciplines and Segments as well as the contracted temporary staffing agencies. The role will review staffing requisitions, status of time sheets, invoice processing, accounts payable aging, manage risks and issues and monitoring progress to ensure staffing needs are filled on schedule. Consideration will be given to candidates with food services and operations experience. Minimum Qualifications Required: ? Associate degree or equivalent experience. ? Must have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. ? Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word required. ? Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. ? Must be self-directed, able to make day-to-day decisions and have the ability to operate in ambiguity. ? Demonstrated ability to relate well to individuals and groups with widely varying backgrounds, perspectives, education, and skills in both remote and in-person settings. ? Experience working against goals, contractual deadlines, and able to manage time to deadlines. ? Attention to detail, has systems thinking and able to communicate details to business teams. ? Experience with stakeholder management and adhering to standard processes. ? Excellent work record, superior communication, cooperation, and organizational skills required. Key Accountabilities: ? Review staffing agency requisitions and evaluate status to fill open requests, process background checks, and other actions as needed. ? Partner with HR to meet needs for orientation and training. ? Review weekly accounts payable aging, follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure invoices are processed. ? Develop strategies to address any issues with finding and hiring qualified candidates. ? Serve as point of contact for managers, staffing agency and internal departments for various activities and triage issues as necessary. ? Answer emails, chat and voice inquiries. ? Select, collect, and analyze data to troubleshoot operational issues. ? Performs other duties as required.
