Weekly Pay! $18.50/Hour Hours: 7p - 7a/7a - 7p We do a 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then repeat and reverse). The hours are 7am-7pm for four weeks, then they flip to night shift 7pm ? 7am for four weeks, repeat. The Manufacturing Production Operator position, offers the opportunity to become a vital member of a high profile, high energy, Titanium production team with decades of industry leading experience. This position is responsible for assisting in the operation, quality and maintaining high productivity of plant production. Responsibilities Operated equipment such as tow motors, scales, hand tools, torches, and computers. Perform operations as directed from verbal and/or written documents such as: production boards shift logs, procedures, work instructions, checklists and/or manuals Inspect the condition of the product to ensure quality and compliance with work standards. Take ownership of equipment and areas including all housekeeping activities. Properly set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on various machines. Properly inspect and rate materials, verify weight and quantity of items produced. Inspect the condition of the product to ensure quality and compliance with work standards. Ability to follow procedures to sort material based on size, composition, and category. Provide feedback to improve productivity methods. Maintain time, production, operating records, logs, and prepared inventory. | |
