JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Lab Associate I for our client in Scarborough, ME! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.00/Hour Shift: 1st Description: This is a dish room position for labware support, cleaning, delivery, and pick-up. The position requires the ability to do repetitive work, lift 35-50 pounds. Rinse and prep tubing and other containers (sizes range from small to large) for an autoclave or dishwashers. Standing for most of the shift is required. Pick-ups around the building require the ability to walk and push a cart. Experience is always a plus but we are truly not looking for someone to do testing, mostly cleaning. What You Need to Succeed: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), material safety data sheets (MSDSs), operating and maintenance instructions, government rules and technical procedures. Ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong initiative and follow through Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a team contributor Must demonstrate a high level of customer service Good computer skills: Microsoft Office and SAP preferred You meet the physical requirements that go with working as a Lab Associate ? May transport hazardous waste within the facility and may occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. | |
