Pay Rate - $20-23/hr Job Description Responsible for data entry of daily freight orders. Creates and updates weekly and period reports for customer review and analysis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Enters customer orders in TMW Freight Software ? Confirms and updates all shipments ? Creates and send daily reports to management team ? Prepare required paperwork for billing purposes ? Create customer reports and contract ? Performs other job duties as required JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education/ Certifications: ? High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: ? One to two years related supply chain or transportation experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge: ? Microsoft Word ? Microsoft Excel Skills/ Abilities: ? Able to handle multiple transactions at the same time PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/ DEMANDS: ? Travel may be required ? Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment ? Will be working in an office environment ? Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties | |
