Weekly Pay! $55.00/Hour Shift: M- F 8 Hours Analyzes current or potential business processes and reviews existing information systems to identify opportunities for improvements. Facilitate requirements discovery sessions to drive product requirements; solid collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills Provides expertise in process design and provides leadership in communicating requirements to product development, testing, and education/training. Develops maps and flowcharts of business processes (current and future state) Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify project objectives, scope, dependencies and risks for projects. Collaborate with peers to develop a customized business analysis approach, defining the business analysis tasks, resources, and estimated effort to complete a project. Elicits and documents business, user, functional and non-functional requirements. Creates deliverables independently or through a team and manages approval Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Assess and quantify potential benefits of solutions for business and technical processes Assist with manual testing as needed to help development team meet schedule commitments Works to participate and learn best practices and procedures. Adheres to best practices for software design, retention, documentation, and deployment strategies. Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies, methods, and processes. Ability to multi task, given various task assignments, assisting management in prioritization of tasks Position Requirements Bachelor?s degree required Healthcare experience preferred 2-3 Years of experience Business Analysts Experience Proficient use of Windows 10, MS Office and other traditional software tools, Azure Dev Ops, Figma, Visio | |
