Weekly Pay! $40.29/Hour Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Work Week: 1 - Monday, 2 - Tuesday, 3 - Wednesday, 4 - Thursday, 5 - Friday Key responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting at all levels. Partnering with hiring managers to identify and define specific recruiting needs: use creative ways to source and recruit for open positions, exempt and non-exempt; recommend and coordinate appropriate hires for each open position; monitor and track open positions/requisition process. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Post openings to appropriate Internet sources, Handling full recruiting life cycle, Identifying, establishing and maintaining community resources that will produce qualified candidates, Review resumes and evaluate if they meet the position requirements, Conducting interviews, Recommending candidates, Monitoring Affirmative Action Plans flow and selection. PREFERRED SKILLS/EDUCATION 5+ years of Professional Recruiting experience, Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices, The ability to work independently, organizes work, and meets deadlines in a fast paced environment, Adaptability to perform multiple projects simultaneously, 3+ years experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, Degree Preferred: Bachelor. Client is seeking a Technical Recruiter to attract IT candidates utilizing a variety of successful recruiting channels. Responsibilities Consults with hiring manager on talent needs and reviews SLAs upon approval of new requisitions. Advises hiring manager throughout entire employment process and provides continuous updates Selects applicants, reviews resumes, and identifies high-potential talent through interview process Presents qualified candidates to hiring manager for review Manages candidate flow through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Updates management team on job requisition exceptions (ex: hard-to-fill jobs, aging requisitions, etc.) Coordinates all necessary job assessments Engages hiring manager and collaborates on interview results prior to job offers Monitors sourcing process to ensure hiring needs are met timely and SLAs are fulfilled Extends job offers to candidates including compensation package details Knowledge and Skills Experience recruiting and sourcing technical professional talent to fill job openings. Detail oriented with demonstrated experience soliciting and gathering information Analytical with ability to conduct research, assess and summarize data, and provide solutions Knowledge of Talent Acquisition process (selection, hiring, employment laws and regulations, etc.) Must have prior experience working with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice. Prior experience hiring for technical positions such as Application Developers, Technical Architects, Cloud Engineers etc. Bachelor?s degree (or internationally comparable degree) Preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office. | |
