JobsRUS.com is seeking to hire a Technical Applications Support Specialist for our client! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $50-58/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Fully remote, 40 hours per week, no overtime. Job Description Provides technical applications assistance and advice to business unit owners, IT managers, project teams, and other support teams. Interface with technical and in-house customer support staff to determine nature of routine and less complex problems and issues. Provide functional support for the assigned area to business units globally. Perform documentation testing of application new releases. Works with application supplier on bug testing, issues and fixes. Conducts analysis of potential solutions; diagrams and documents solutions. With the team, has responsibility for technical functional specifications for assigned projects. Recommends changes to support model to better share support responsibilities across the team and with solution owners. Analyzes and evaluates applications and provide technical advice and recommendations to improve utilization. Attends project status reviews. Support implementation readiness. Participate in solution design for common implementations. Drive the PSBU IT Sales team test strategy; define and facilitate test planning and execution. Team and/or testing leadership Share process knowledge with internal and external team members through communication mechanisms defined in a communication plan, with consideration for the audience. Self-starter with the ability perform deep-dive analysis and articulate recommendations and risks; illustrates/articulates effectively with graph, Visio, PowerPoint etc. Provide/prepared leadership updates. Dev Ops experience desired. Agile development knowledge/experience desired. Ideal candidate will have experience with Jira, Q-test and test automation. Salesforce/Salesforce CPQ experience ideal. | |
