Pay Rate - $40-44/hr Job Description In Partner Development, a Success Specialist specializes in live partner-facing coaching sessions. They excel at creating an engaging environment for partners to learn, grow, and network. By providing valuable guidance and support, they help partners build the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their respective areas. A Success Specialist also plays a vital role in the Product Adoption team. Here, they focus on driving the adoption of products, tools, and services. They leverage their expertise to showcase the value and benefits of offerings to partners. Through strategic communication and persuasive techniques, they aim to increase the usage and utilization of products among customers and partners. Overall, the Success Specialist role is critical in ensuring both partners and customers have a positive and successful experience. Core Functions + Expectations: - Provides high-quality virtual coaching to drive adoption of products, tools & services - Facilitates an engaging and effective virtual learning experience for real estate agents and brokers using marketing and legal approved content on strategies & best practices - Facilitates coaching sessions in both scaled and small formats via Zoom - Participates in targeted outreach initiatives by following SOPs, reaching targets and managing timelines - Successfully completes daily/weekly/monthly KPI expectations set by direct manager at expected proficiency level - Takes full ownership and accountability of time management, priorities and workload while effectively following prioritization order of tasks/core functions set by manager - Attends and participates in Team Meetings, Trainings, 1:1s and required Team Events - Demonstrates the ability to effectively use training tools (i.e. Zoom, Google Sheets, etc.) and internal programs (i.e. Google - Drive, Tableau, Calendly,Outlook, Salesforce, etc.) to ensure the highest level of efficiency and data driven results - Seeks out support or opportunities proactively to ensure one is on task, making targets and has necessary resources (if applicable) - Real estate industry experience preferred but not required* Core Values + Required Principles: - Lead by example and embody the company's core values and leadership principles; maintain the strong brand and reputation of Partner Development - Contributes to a constructive, solution-oriented, energetic and collaborative team environment - Delivers quality, on time every time by maintaining our high standard of quality work, timely execution and promptness (in both tangible work, attendance and presence) - Invests in personal development as well as real estate industry and market knowledge, trends | |
