Shift: 1st Shift: 6-2:30pm

Temp Assignment

Responsible for providing the documentation for resolution of past due accounts receivable and customer return items including reviewing contract pricing, purchase orders, invoices, payment records, pricing records, shipment records, quality notification records to provide recommendation of action for resolution. Bachelor?s degree in accounting or 1-3 years recent accounts receivable or contracts experience preferred.

Functions and Responsibilities

Reconciliation of past due accounts receivable through document review, data gathering, data analysis, and customer portal information.
Preparation of resolution documentation such as accounts receivable adjustment requests, debit memo paperwork, customer quotations for rework of returns items, etc.
Collection of outstanding accounts receivables from customers
Monitor non-payments or delayed payments and facilitate consistent follow-up for resolution with customer account owner
Prioritize daily workload to consistently meet deadlines.
Work with coworkers to accomplish daily task and occasional projects.
Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with team members, other personnel, and management.
Perform regular duties with moderate supervision.
An intermediate level of computer skills.
Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills.
Basic to working knowledge of contracting concepts and use of contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and other forms of agreements
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions in a team environment is required.
Ability to readily manage rapidly shifting work priorities, multiple task assignments and have the ability to work independently.
Able to learn quickly.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High degree of integrity with the ability to work with financial information discreetly and appropriately.
