JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Quality Associate for our client in Schenectady, NY! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Shift 1st shift Schedule: Monday ? Friday, 9:00 am ? 1:00 pm (schedule may change); anticipate 20 ? 25 hours a week. Job Description Job Responsibilities Reviews data to ensure compliance to specifications and product requirements. Reviews records for completeness and compliance to quality and product safety standards. Records and monitors master data to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Coordinates and monitors the sharing of samples and data between facilities within the region, and with external laboratories and customers, as needed. Tracks non-routine and priority samples to ensure reliability in communications with internal and external customers. Communicates accurate and timely information regarding the status of materials to internal customers and stakeholders. Performs administrative tasks, such as updating or reviewing standard operating procedures, and filing or retrieving records. Keeps supervisor informed of work status and any atypical results or problems encountered in the execution of any task. Maintains good documentation practices. SHE Duties & Responsibilities: Display and promote positive safety behaviors at all times; use proper personal protective equipment, appropriate safety tools, equipment and procedures to ensure that self and others go home safe each day; that area and equipment operate at the highest safety levels; that all people in the area (lab techs, quality personnel, maintenance, visitors, contractors, etc.) comply with the safety directives and keep the area neat and clean. Job Requirements Good oral and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. High School degree required; bachelor?s degree in a relevant scientific discipline preferred. Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Experience working in a GMP facility. | |
