Key Responsibilities:

Roll out and execute Sales Incentive programs in alignment with compensation policies, practices, and processes.

Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR Managers, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Recruiters on sales incentive compensation matters and policies.

Design sales incentive compensation programs, policies, and processes by analyzing results from local benchmarking partners and gathering business requirements and market developments.

Foster effective relationships with various management levels within the NA Region to understand sales strategy and offer counsel on design alternatives that align with strategy.

Analyze plan effectiveness and determine the return on compensation investments.

Collaborate with Sales Operations, IT, and other functions to develop data capture and reporting capabilities for plan implementation and assessment.

Develop metrics, goals, training, and communication processes to manage incentive plan evolution in line with changing business strategies and market conditions.

Collaborate with Commissions and Commercial Operations to resolve incentive pay issues.
Participate in communication regarding incentive policies, processes, and cross-functional issues.

Develop and present compensation plans and policies, subject to executive management approval.

Conduct external market analyses to assess pay competitiveness and evaluate job levels and compensation mix for positions eligible for customized NA Region incentive plans.

Translate sales strategies into incentive programs to reinforce behavior that supports business performance goals.

Influence decision-making processes and outcomes by providing detailed analyses, models, and recommendations.




Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, or a relevant discipline.

5-10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in sales and service compensation design.

Business-oriented understanding, including global practices, of planning and analytics for sales processes, modeling, operations, quota management, and sales finance.

Practical experience in sales compensation, sales operations, sales finance, or related fields.

Preferred experience in management consulting or sales operations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making at senior levels within an organization.

Strong project management skills and the ability to lead change management activities.

Certification as a Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP®) would be a plus.
