Pay Rate: $25.00/HR Job Description: The HR Generalist will assist the Human Resources Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc. Will provide direct support to the HR Director. To support the HR Director with various HR Generalist duties ranging from Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety, etc. Will be brought in to Augment the current HR Staff with special project or peak time of need. Position Requirements: This entry level HRG will support a team of HR professionals performing entry level tactical HR work, such as processing transactions, updating job descriptions, etc. Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field. Must have a minimum of 2-4 years experience in any HR related field based on position. The person will work from the Cantera office (4300 Winfield Road; Warrenville, IL) with part-time remote work allowed. Schedule will be determined with supervisor based on project work. | |
