Job Description
You will perform a variety of duties to assist the Professional Licensing team. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
? Research licensing topics with state agencies
? Maintain, monitor and update data in an internal licensing management system for individual license
work
? Pull and administer weekly licensing reports for Compliance Teams, Management Teams and Brokerage Operations
? Complete license verification checks with state agencies and escalate exceptions to management
? Reconcile expenses related to license applications, renewal and general license maintenance
? Complete administrative tasks such as ordering licensing documentation from state agencies
? Review and advise licensees on ensuring all requirements are met for new licenses
? Review licensee rosters and ensure upcoming renewal and education deadlines are adhered to
? Facilitate and complete documentation signings with internal licensees during onboarding and renewals
? Multitask and work independently to deliver high quality service and results in a dynamic environment

Who You Are
? At least 3 years of experience, with 1+ years handling title insurance, escrow, mortgage or equivalent licensing and/or compliance experience in a regulated industry
? Bachelor?s Degree preferred
? Ability to understand the regulatory framework and industry practices applicable to title insurance, mortgage licensing or other state-licensed entities
? Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
? Experience with exposure to confidential information and an understanding of the importance of maintaining such confidentiality including legal, financial, and personal information
? Proven analytical ability and initiative
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Experience in document management and electronic record keeping
? Ability to effectively handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced dynamic
environment
