Job Description:

This is a role for someone who craves collaboration and problem solving, with the desire to be accountable for enabling speed to market and partnership engagement, through administrative management of R&D vendors in the system and facilitation of payments.

Role / Title
This is a Research and Development (R&D) administrative role, to drive speed to market and partnership engagement, through administrative management of R&D vendors in the system and facilitation of payments to R&D partners.
This position offers the candidate an excellent opportunity to support R&D developers, by creating and administering a new streamlined process for new vendor requests, accurately inputting new vendors into SAP systems, troubleshooting administrative activities and facilitating CAPEX for R&D.
This individual must have strong organization skills and become an expert in multiple systems, and across various functions in the organization.
This position requires an individual to be detail oriented and manage multiple tasks concurrently with the ability to work autonomously, a majority of the time.
Exhibiting tenacity and a collaborative mindset is a must!

Key Components of the role
Work with internal teams and systems partners to build strong understanding of systems.
Develop submission process and manage all new vendor submissions for R&D in SAP systems, including troubleshooting, and ensuring transferal between systems.
Lead approval of payment terms with procurement
Support R&D Purchase order writers, limited PO writing if needed
Troubleshoot SAP systems payment/administrative activities
Facilitate CAPEX for R&D

Qualifications
High School degree or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
1-3 years of office experience in admin function, experience in purchase order and accounts payable support preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) required
Proficiency in SAP systems preferred.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
Excellent communication across multiple functions, influencing, and problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity
Accuracy and attention to detail a must!
Ability to train and coach others.
