**This will be a second shift position M-F 10AM ? 6:30PM Summary: Ensures the proper procedure of testing and staging of ATM?s by preforming the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ? Request inventory when a work order is assigned. ? Un-pack ATM?s ? Test each device on the ATM?s to ensure they are working properly. ? Replace parts if necessary ? Load software ? Configure router for each ATM ? Apply branding material to ATM?s ? Re-pack ATM?s with shipping foam and tape. ? Move ATM?s to shipping team. Systems Involved. ? Oracle ? Chrome/Microsoft Edge ? Microsoft Office ? Workday Education, Experience Requirements ? High School diploma or equivalent required ? 2+ years? experience with technical aspects of ATMs, vending machines, or computers ? Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ? Ability to troubleshoot electronic hardware and software. ? Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral. Personality Traits/skills or experience ? Someone with high attention to detail ? A person who likes to understand how a device works ? Someone with good troubleshooting skills ? Someone who has field service experience. NCR would be great ? A person who likes to be challenged by the job and deadlines | |
