Weekly Pay! $/Hour Shift: SECOND SHIFT 2 PM - 10 PM M-F Monday 2 PM to Friday 10PM As a Material Handler, you'll play a crucial role in our distribution center. Your primary responsibility will be to move materials safely and efficiently within the facility, ensuring product integrity and accuracy in material handling. Key Responsibilities: Receive instructions from supervisors to transport small pack materials from the packing area to trailers. Verify material identification and apply labels as necessary. Review documents and material information. Transfer materials to and from assigned locations. Load materials onto transportation carts. Accommodate small pack boxes in assigned trailers. Use designated carts for material transport. Report packaging damages and label inconsistencies promptly. Follow work instructions and safety protocols diligently. Qualifications: High School diploma preferred. 6 months of material handling experience is a plus. Basic computer literacy with training-level knowledge of SAP inventory transactions. Familiarity with inventory transactions, stocking procedures, and order pulling. Ability to interpret various forms of instructions. Strong communication and training skills. Ability to perform under pressure and handle challenging situations. Basic Requirements: Bilingual in English/Spanis Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in verbal and written formats. Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. In summary, as a Material Handler, your role is to safely move materials within the distribution center while maintaining accuracy and following safety protocols. Basic qualifications include a high school diploma, some material handling experience, and the ability to handle physical demands associated with the job. | |
