We offer benefits and weekly pay Great schedule 7:00am - 4:00pm Weekly Pay 15.40/hr Summary: The primary role of an Assembler/Packaging Operator is to prepare, perform light assembly, clean, inspect, and package products within a controlled environment or designated areas like non-sterile packaging benches. This role may also involve boxing, palletizing, and preparing products for release, whether as non-sterile or sterile. It is essential to adhere to all governing rules, including company policies and safety regulations, while maintaining cleanliness in the workplace. This position requires teamwork and direction from a team coordinator, leader, supervisor, or manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assemble and Package Products Read and comprehend product specifications and blueprints. Verify component count, quantity, and revision accuracy. Prepare components for packaging by cleaning them. Utilize various methods such as bonding, winding, crimping, pressing, splitting, cutting, etc., to assemble products. Create and attach labels for proper material identification. Seal products using heat sealing machines and materials like Tyvek, mylar, PET, PEG, foil, non-sterile plastic, blister tray/pouch/packaging configurations, and/or form-fill-seal machines. Box and package products for shipment to sterilization. 2. Other Duties Assist in rework as necessary. Collaborate with the quality/materials team to trim or sort components. Perform other duties as assigned. 3. Documentation Complete and understand documentation to comply with company policies, the Quality Manual, and procedures, including but not limited to: FDA, QSR, and various domestic and international standards and regulations. Company policies and procedures. Perform work transactions and barcode scanning when applicable. 4. Teamwork Effective communication through verbal and written means. Collaborate, listen, and maintain positive working relationships with team members. Compliance: Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and job hazard assessments relevant to job activities, including medical evaluations when required. Adhere to S.N.E. policies and procedures and safety and cleanliness practices in the workplace. | |
