**This will be a second shift position M-F 10AM ??? 6:30PM Summary: Ensures the proper procedure of testing and staging of ATM???s by preforming the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ??? Request inventory when a work order is assigned. ??? Un-pack ATM???s ??? Test each device on the ATM???s to ensure they are working properly. ??? Replace parts if necessary ??? Load software ??? Configure router for each ATM ??? Apply branding material to ATM???s ??? Re-pack ATM???s with shipping foam and tape. ??? Move ATM???s to shipping team. Systems Involved. ??? Oracle ??? Chrome/Microsoft Edge ??? Microsoft Office ??? Workday Education, Experience Requirements ??? High School diploma or equivalent required ??? 2+ years??? experience with technical aspects of ATMs, vending machines, or computers ??? Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ??? Ability to troubleshoot electronic hardware and software. ??? Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral. Personality Traits/skills or experience ??? Someone with high attention to detail ??? A person who likes to understand how a device works ??? Someone with good troubleshooting skills ??? Someone who has field service experience. NCR would be great ???
