JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Production Technician for our client in West Chester, OH! Pay rate: 20.00 Job Description: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by Production management. Duties: To minimize errors and maximize productivity. Responsible for productivity of line assigned, including assigned associates. Responsible for maintaining Quality Standards and assembling material properly. Communicate with other associates concerning process and overall performance. Responsible for maintaining production material and unnecessary waste of material including reporting waste. Responsible of inspection of machine before shift starts to include reporting any problems. Assign responsibilities to associates under their immediate supervision. Needs to be able to perform at a fast pace including packing and assembling material. Log in and out of each ticket before starting next item. Responsible for housekeeping in immediate work areas. Responsible for returning used material properly on pallets and carts with proper signage. Responsible to leave table clean of material not being used and tools put in proper place. Communicate production concerns to supervisor. Compliance with company uniform policy. Cross trained to work in various lines including machine operator. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service. Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures. Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company. Work overtime as needed. Monday-Friday. 5:30am to 3:00 pm. 40-56 hours a week. We?re are currently working 9 hour days for a minimum 45 hours. All scheduled time over 40 hours will be mandatory. | |
