Effective immediately, any temp converted to a Twincraft employee will receive a sign on bonus after being employed at Twincraft for 60 days after their conversion. For 1st shift, the bonus is $1,000 and for 2nd shift it is $1,500. What to know about the Machine Set-Up Operator role: ? The Machine Set-Up Operator is responsible for the set-up, repair, and adjustment of production equipment as needed to maintain and restore a high rate of output and a high standard of quality throughout the production process. ? Pay $27 - $33 Two shifts to select from: ? 5:00 am ? 3:30 pm Tuesday ? Friday or Monday ? Thursday ? 3:15 pm ? 1:45 am Tuesday ? Friday or Monday ? Thursday ? For 1st shift, the bonus is $1,000 and for 2nd shift it is $1,500. Machine Set-Up Operator Required Skills/Abilities: ? Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic principles. ? Understanding and familiarity with diagrams and prints. ? Efficient and effective communication and relational skills. ? Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ? Willingness to learn and become an expert, including interdisciplinary competence. Machine Set-Up Operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Continuously troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs a wide variety of cross-functional production equipment. ? Optimizes financial performance through efficient setups, downtime reduction, and preventative maintenance. ? Works collaboratively, communicates effectively, and is willing to share knowledge and experience within the Maintenance department and other departments. ? Is on call for mechanical and maintenance-related tasks throughout each 10-hour shift and exhibits flexibility by pivoting from one project to the next. ? Performs full tear down and cleanup of equipment while not in use, returning everything to its designated area. ? Oversees and helps maintain onsite wastewater management systems as well as any necessary facility maintenance projects. ? Identifies potential areas for improvement and brings forward creative solutions while striving to refine production efficiencies. ? Supports and adhere to the company?s policies, procedures, and values. ? Performs other duties as assigned. Machine Set-Up Operator Physical Requirements: ? Frequently moving items weighing up to 55 pounds across the facility. ? Constant moving throughout the facility. ? Must be able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach and service machinery. ? Visual acuity to read and follow instructions as well as inspect products.
