Job Description: Clean bakery equipment as directed by Sanitation Supervisor/ Manager Clean facility as directed by Sanitation Manager Use cleaning chemicals as instructed Keep Sanitation Equipment clean and organized Keep accurate records Report any equipment that is not working properly Always use and enforce BRC Global Standards Perform daily records of sanitation activities on the daily activity forms, master sanitation schedule, weekly activity reports, preoperational inspections and log book for intercommunication Delegate activities based on production needs Be able to be train his / her employees Reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor / Manager MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Ability to understand and take directions Be able to work alone Able to guide a group of 5 to 10 employees Be willing to learn new methods and procedures Basic understanding of chemical usage Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to work in wet and dusty conditions Able to perform all sanitation technicians job functions Be able to work overtime as needed. Be able to communicate with other department and make decisions Inspect sifter tailings daily and inform the Sanitation Manager / Supervisor NOTE: 2nd Shift (11:00 am - 7:30 pm), with flexibility for 3rd shift coverage | |
