Weekly Pay! $37.00/Hour JOB SUMMARY Provide direct support to the DTC Supply Chain team to ensure timely delivery of finished goods, allocation of inventory to regional distribution centers to meet launch date availability and issuing purchase orders for product receipts at DCs. Responsible for timely and effective reporting and communication, timely fulfillment, consistency, and issue resolution for these tasks. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinating Inbound scheduling for product availability in DCs, partnering with Inbound Logistics, vendors, and sources. Manage receipt/availability prioritization based on commercial strategy and needs. Translate to in-stock availability so to enable the commercial process of defining if a launch will be in-stock, Pre-Sale, or backorder. Gather information & reports as needed to support Business cycles (% Complete Review, Demand Consensus, S&OP, NCR?s Reviews, etc.) Engage with Data Control to review item creation by support attribute gathering to complete the process. Work with vendors in order to complete additional system setups when an item is confirmed for production. Verify information accuracy out of operating systems and communicate/escalate accordingly. Identify process issues, and work with the appropriate departments to address them including but not limited to: Back Orders, Aged Orders, to ensure issues are being addressed for resolution. Proactive issue of Purchase Orders or initiating IPT (inter-plant transfer) movement as needed to support forecast and launch availability. Partner with DC to ensure purchase orders are received to completion and reflected in systems. Manage inventory in system so that it is properly uploading across the business operation systems (e.g. Shopify) Coordinate Fisher Price Rock n? Play product swap program. This involves collaboration with areas such Customer Service, DC Operations. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Active participation in Supply Chain responsibilities during the Sales and Operations Execution process. Participate in best practice sharing to ensure efficiency within the Supply Chain team. Provide a point of contact for distribution centers and prepping to streamline communication. Strong excel skills and the ability to multi-task are required. Collaborate on best practices with other Supply Analysts across the DTC organization. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3+ years of experience in operations with a good understanding of Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution, Supply Planning. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Able to communicate changing priorities effectively, while maintaining responsibilities to their own brand(s). Ability to be a strong advocate for consistency in the approach of tasks, meeting deadlines for task completion for projects that occur on a regular basis. Must have ability to have strong attention to detail and the ability to have a holistic approach to support the business. Ability to represent department in meetings and in correspondence, requiring a professional demeanor and the ability to present and negotiate for their point of view. Ability to juggle a variety of tasks and priorities, and the ability to react quickly and efficiently to the needs of the business. Flexibility in time management and resilience that allows one to keep track of product supply withing the supply chain at any given time. Strong written and verbal communication that supports the ability to exchange pertinent and complete information on a timely basis is crucial. Client Creations Direct to Consumer business has been growing greatly in recent months due to marketing and commercialization. Supply planning section that is in charge of engaging with Vendors, Transportation, Distribution Center, Commercial Team, different areas, it?s a one man show with Nick and support from Sergio (Director). So we need to make sure we are properly preparing the setup so we can support growth. We are the key contact in Supply Chain as it relates to Client Creations. We?re a cross functional partner across many groups in the organization. We?re connecting in different facets to make sure we can execute properly. Experience regarding supply planning. How supply planning needs to engage and work with different business and logistics; carriers, and transportation. People that understand the concept of supply planning. Experience in Supply Planning. E-commerce would be great. Supply Chain Planning and Logistics. Communicate effectively, be very responsive. Key tasks; Locating Containers, Planning on Product Availability. EDUCATION REQUIRED Bachelors preferred. | |
