Shift: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM PST - West Coast hours.

Our client strongly prefers candidates with a background in supply chain/warehouse/manufacturing finance.

Summary: Responsible for centralized Supply Chain Finance activities, including inventory reconciliation, reporting, and analysis. Supports manufacturing operations by ensuring accuracy in transactions, managing ERP systems, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
? Performs reconciliation of WMS to ERP for all locations.
? Serve as the primary resource for multiple bakery locations in the coordination, collection and input of inventory related transactions (physical counts, write-offs, miscellaneous issues and receipts, transfers, returns, claims) in the ERP system.
? Validates the accuracy of transactions and account balances and interfaces with bakery and IT support to resolve transaction and system discrepancies.
? Creates MBRW (material balance) reporting, analyzes financial impact of inventory consumption practices (actual vs. standard), and supports bakery leadership in the identification of opportunities for improvement.
? Works in conjunction with bakery personnel to ensure Bills of Material are accurately maintained in the ERP system including floor vs. Oracle set-ups, standard vs. actual consumption analysis and weight control measures.
? Supports product accountability activities.
? Performs ERP system Manufacturing Inventory module maintenance activities including opening and closing periods, scheduling of jobs and validation of system set-ups (Inventory Organizations, Bills of Materials, etc.).
? Supports accounting period closing activities.
? Contributes to special project initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.

Skills and Knowledge: Solid verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision; strong accounting, analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task to perform duties and responsibilities within scheduled time frames with a high degree of accuracy; proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and automated computer systems.

Education / Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

? 5 years accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
? Intermediate Excel skills required. Oracle experience preferred.
