In this role, you are responsible for (but not limited to):
Receive requests via email or through customer relationship management tool and responds in a timely manner to achieve quality, compliance, and service level agreements.

Ability to respond via email and over the phone professionally, knowledgeable, and courteous to dental professional clients.

Review set criteria in the customer relationship management tool or from a list to ensure all qualification steps are met to process sample product order.

Document phone call notes or emails in tool such as Salesforce or other order processing software.

Create accounts in customer relationship management tool as needed.

Order processing experience with SAP, Salesforce or other tools is a plus.

Accurately enter orders into the order management tool.

Follow up via email or phone with prospect/client on the sample request.

High level overview of our product portfolio knowledge and familiarity with skus & part numbers

Ability to work with a team and individually.

Solid time management skills

Not afraid to ask questions if uncertain on next steps

Ability to complete tasks proficiently with high quality and customer service skills

Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly identified KPIs/metrics

To succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

Strong customer service, order processing or sales support experience

Experience working in a sales or marketing environment.

Understanding of CRM concepts to manage accounts.

Strong PC skills, including experience using telecom systems, outlook, and order processing tools (SAP, Salesforce, etc?.)

Must be able to work within a team environment with customer service and inside sales team members.

Excellent phone & email skills.

Ability to determine customer?s requirements and recommend Oral Health solutions.

Ability to use technology is a must as multiple screens aid in customer interaction.
