Weekly Pay! $25.00/Hour Schedule is M-F 8-5 Must have experience with Workday or similar recruiting platforms. Must be comfortable completing phone screening and scheduling interviews. 0-3 Years of Experience, The HR Recruiter performs general HR duties under the general supervision of the HR Manager. The position is comprised of HRIS and general HR functions. RESPONSIBILITIES Process HRIS new hires, transfers, rehires, changes and other paperwork from assigned centers, entering information into HRIS (human resource information system) system. Audit and process merits/increases, ensure accuracy to individual centers? plans for compliance and proper authorization. Evaluate the integrity of HRIS data through Report smith utility. Communicate with centers? HR (human resource) Managers, supervisors and other personnel, as required, to perform master file update responsibilities. Recruit, interview and refer candidates for non-exempt and exempt positions. Make recommendations to department heads on qualified applicants. Serve as liaison to Customer Service department. Recruit, interview, refer and hire qualified applicants. Assist with staffing issues. Utilize Kronos applicant tracking to track applicant status and maintain applicants? records for Affirmative Action purposes. Make job offers and prepare new hire paperwork to include background checks, drug screening, offer letters and other required paperwork. Conduct New Hire Orientations. Work with HR Manager to coordinate internal and external job postings, advertising placement, recruiting strategies. Respond to applicant inquiries. Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection. Prepare and provide statistical information to Accountants with each payroll Review, provide guidance and approval to SBS on weekly payroll Complete and provide paperwork to SBS (Client Business Services) to ensure timely payroll completion such as; new hires, leaves, separations, or department changes. Complete payroll for Central office employees including bonus uploads, tuition reimbursements, and all payment adjustments Serve as back-up to LORIE Provide various ad-hoc reports through Report smith and e-time for HR Managers, Central managers, and department heads. Develop center-specific Report smith reports as requested and provide report smith backup utilizing a relational database. Backup for benefits administrators in their absence. Assist HR Manager with projects Administer exit surveys | |
