Branch Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including recruitment processes, client relationships, and candidate placements. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. 2. Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and nurturing client relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to identify staffing needs and provide customized solutions. Actively participate in the sales process, including prospecting, client meetings, and contract negotiations. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Address client concerns promptly and provide effective solutions. Identify opportunities to upsell staffing services to existing clients. 4. Candidate Network Expansion: Network and build relationships within the local job market to attract top-tier candidates. Partner with recruiters to identify candidate sources and develop talent pipelines. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 5. Performance Metrics: Set and monitor branch-specific KPIs and sales targets. Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management. Implement strategies to achieve and exceed branch goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred, not required). Proven experience in branch management and sales within the staffing industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of staffing industry trends and best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
