Pay rate: 57.70

The role collaborates across the organization to help bring value propositions to life by leveraging and activating all channels focused on driving demand, adoption, and the overall success of our services, products, and solutions with internal and external audiences.


? Day to Day Responsibilities:
o Develop a cohesive product marketing strategy from concept creation, to launch, delivery and upsell?including competitive analysis, product positioning and value prop, persona insights, client journeys, sales enablement, and external messaging.
o Own market intelligence through collection and constant iteration with various internal/external sources to collect feedback from all segments on customer needs and pain points, sales obstacles, and marketing approaches to inform product strategy and marketing prioritization.
o Prepare for 2024 event calendar by partnering with events team to plan industry tradeshow and CBRE client events
o Manage the development of sales and client-facing marketing materials (i.e. videos, website product pages, campaigns, case studies, sales slides and RFP language).
o Create breakthrough sales enablement and cultivation assets to equip them understand the offering and position it as part of value selling conversations with clients and prospects.
o Develop marketing plans to cultivate new leads for target audiences, work to advance sales cycles through to conversion.
o Manage the strategic plan to create, maintain and foster future-focused thought leadership with research and marketing centers of excellence.
o Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management and lead monthly calls keep key stakeholders up to date on performance, progress and upcoming marketing plans
o Partner with Communications to provide product strategy overview plans guiding the activation and launch of new products and messaging with internal and external audiences.
o Partner with Communications and leadership to support product-led speakerships.
o Support Product Education in developing internal educational materials to equip leadership, sales, and account teams with upcoming product launch information.
