Job Title: Line Cook Location: Los Angeles, CA 90067 Hours: Flexible 8 hr shifts Job Summary: As a Line Cook, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and the timely delivery of high-quality meals to our customers. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and measuring ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and promptly. Monitor and restock inventory as needed. Assist in the creation of daily specials and menu items as directed. Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
