Weekly Pay! $35.00/Hour Shift 1 Shift Start and End Time 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch Position Description: Timely and high-quality order entry for service only contracts in alignment with business expectation Follow business guidelines and credit thresholds in a way that maintains clean books/records and meets internal regulation Collaborate with Collections department as needed to facilitate payment from customers for disputed invoices Understand accounting rules and research booking activity to determine appropriate action to resolve discrepancies. Manage Installed Base including activation's, deactivation s and transfers Support the service DX teams with respect to customer inquiries and invoicing as well as dispute minimisation and resolution.
