Weekly Pay! $37.68/Hour Start Time (AM/PM) 6AM End Time (AM/PM) 3:30PM This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace. Responsibilities include operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment; move and installation of equipment and or furniture; and other related duties. Years of experience: 8+ Education Level: High School Diploma/GED And/Or trade school certification/formal apprenticeship or other relevant specialised training. Associates Degree ±13 years In Electrical/Mechanical Technology, or comparable specialised training is desired Daily Task: Working under limited supervision, maintains facilities and equipment to minimise breakdowns (particularly for production). Performs all duties required to test, calibrate, adjust, repair, and maintain mechanical, electro mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Diagnoses, disassembles, cleans, repairs, and replaces defective parts of complex equipment. Installs and maintains a broad range of equipment as well as electrical, gas, air and water systems. Performs facility maintenance on a preventive or emergency basis as required with a particular focus to maintain all work areas of the facility in a safe condition. Main Responsibilities: Repairs and maintains a range of production equipment that includes, but is not limited to: ovens, presses, microscopes, x-ray equipment, automated machinery of various types and functions, water purification systems, tanks, pumps, etc. Conducts preventive maintenance on all equipment, by cleaning, adjusting, repairing, calibrating and replacing parts. Responsible for the installation of production equipment. Responsible for repairs to buildings including, but not limited to, repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, painting, etc. Repairs single and three phase electrical systems, such as air compressors, hydraulic pumps and three phase motors including HVAC and plumbing repairs. Responsible for the treatment and purity of wastewater generated by production processes Assists in the establishment and execution of a preventive maintenance program. Provides job skill training as necessary. Maintains licenses/certifications and remains current on developments in field(s) of expertise. Resolves and/or facilitates resolution of problems including identifying causes to prevent re-occurrence. Identifies and resolve maintenance issues; escalate issues when appropriate. May be required to oversee waste treatment operations for the site. Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements. Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
