Weekly Pay! $18.55/Hour Shift Timings : 5AM -1:30 PM Main Purpose of Role Support laboratory customers and technical support staff by offering laboratory testing and services in Reliability Engineering (RE) laboratory area and directions for testing in Analytical (QC), Technical Service (TSL) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) lab. Main Responsibilities: Tasks or activities this job performs on an ongoing basis. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. ? Testing units, following all special instruction, if questions arise to stop testing and ask supervisor or lead for instructions. ? SME on at least one station. ? Basic interprets test results and examines for unusual characteristics. ? Troubleshoots procedures that may have been compromised, thus determining the potential cause of unexpected results of routine tests. ? Communicates with appropriate technical staff regarding testing schedule information, results, or unanticipated discoveries. ? Make suggestions on documents ? work with appropriate technical staff on updates. ? Solves problems of limited scope and complexity requiring basic interpretation of well-defined procedures and practices. ? Maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information or documents. Minimum Education and Experience H.S. diploma or equivalent plus 0-3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination. Two-year degree or some college credits preferred. Preferred Education and Experience Technical/Business Knowledge - Job Skills Applies limited knowledge of basic technical concepts and practices and a basic understanding of product or system fundamentals. Utilizes basic knowledge of numerical and /or statistical data and computer software programs to resolve routine problems. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance. Cognitive Skills Performs routine technical tasks working from detailed written instructions. Performs routine set up, testing, repair, inspections and /or maintenance of certain areas (5S). Assignments require limited judgment in troubleshooting proven processes. | |
