This role demands in-depth knowledge of retirement plans, 401(k) management, and proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, ADP, and Workday. This role will involve working with our client's dynamic team, utilizing Fidelity TSW Systems, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including Payroll and VPs. Key Responsibilities: Apply your extensive 7-10 years of HR experience to provide administrative coordination and support for our client's Human Resources department. Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of corporate human resources policies, programs, and procedures for our client. Serve as a trusted expert in retirement plans and 401(k) knowledge, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Leverage your proficiency in SAP, ADP, and Workday to optimize HR processes for our client and enhance the employee experience. Utilize your Excel expertise to perform VLOOKUPs and other advanced functions for data analysis and reporting. Conduct thorough auditing and analysis of benefits programs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate effectively with various teams, including Payroll and VPs, to address HR employment issues, contracts, and other related matters for our client. Maintain personnel records for our client, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in areas like benefits, compensation, leave of absence, and retirement. Play a vital role in implementing and administering compensation and benefits programs for our client. Assist in the selection of external HR vendors for our client, leveraging your experience to make informed decisions. Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in retirement plans and 401(k) knowledge. Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, ADP, and Workday is highly desirable. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, are essential. Strong analytical and auditing skills, particularly in benefits programs. Experience with Fidelity TSW Systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters. Adept at implementing and administering compensation and benefits programs. Experience in selecting and managing external HR vendors is advantageous.
